What sort of copywriting and social media projects do you work on?

Over the past 15 years, we've worked on many copywriting and social media marketing projects. We've worked with sole traders, small businesses and multinational companies – and we're very flexible and adaptable, whatever your business needs. Take a look at our portfolio.

Which sectors do you work in?

Our copywriting and social media clients come from many different walks of life and various sectors, such as science and technology, property, engineering, retail, insurance, higher education, business consultancy, healthcare, and the charity sectors. We like the variety that this brings and it keeps us on our (creative) toes! Many clients comment on the fresh perspective that we bring to their marketing projects. We do have particular expertise in B2B (business services) sectors, although we take on projects in many other areas too.

When you hire us, we'll quickly get up to speed on your business, target customers and marketing goals. Every business has a unique identity and personality. So, whether it's a formal corporate style or a cheeky vibe, we'll find the right tone.

How does your pricing work?

Every client and project is unique. So, we produce individual quotes each time, based on the scope and nature of the work – that's why we don't have a set price list on the website.

Generally, we quote per project for individual projects or by the hour for long-running campaigns or ongoing work. 

We always stick to our prices, unless the brief changes substantially. No stress, no fuss – just a fair and honest approach. Please get in touch for further information or a quote.

How does a typical project work?

It's our job to take the stress out of marketing so that you can focus on running your business. So, we'll keep things as straightforward as possible.

We'll discuss the brief on Zoom/Teams/Skype or by phone – whichever is easier for you. Next, we'll then complete our research and, if needed, briefings with other members of your team before the work starts.

You'll be involved at every stage, with checking and signing off the copywriting/social media content. We really want to meet and exceed your expectations at each stage.

Where does your work typically come from?

At Bright Words Creative, we're really lucky that much of our copywriting and social media work comes from client referrals and repeat business. But, we're always keen to work with new clients. Please do get in touch to talk through your requirements.
