Quality Excellence (ISO consultancy)

Background

Quality Excellence supports businesses that are preparing for ISO certification (or recertification) visits and CQC healthcare inspections.

The company is run by Jennifer Hirst – an experienced ISO consultant and healthcare professional. Jennifer was looking for an experienced website copywriter and, specifically, a copywriter with knowledge of ISO standards and the healthcare sector.

The solution

I worked closely with Jennifer to create informative website content that promoted her services and offerings effectively. 

Initially, I advised Jennifer on the site structure and navigation to ensure that the content was organised in an intuitive way and recommended a trusted website developer to work with her on the site build.

For the content elements, Jennifer was keen that the copy was informative without being overwhelming. My challenge was to distil a complicated topic into digestible summaries on each of the main pages. I also optimised all the content for search to increase discoverability on Google and other search engines.

I worked closely with the designer to ensure ease of navigation and an impactful website.

Jennifer is delighted with her new website, which she feels proud to show to potential clients.

The website is already ranking for Jennifer’s key search terms – within just a few weeks of the launch. Jennifer has since asked me to help with regular blogs for her new website.
