Making ISO standards more accessible

Jennifer Hirst is an ISO consultant specialising in healthcare. When she set up her business, Quality Excellence, she needed a website that would translate complex regulatory concepts into clear, useful information for potential clients. She also needed to get found online.

Working closely with her web developer, I designed a clear site structure and wrote SEO-friendly copy that explained her services concisely and directly.

Impact

Within weeks of launch, the site had achieved top Google rankings for several of Jennifer’s main services, including a newly launched service helping clients with ISO 7101 accreditation. The website has generated strong enquiries, particularly for Jennifer’s SEQOHS accreditation support service.
