The project
Puma Engineering is a Hampshire-based company that designs and manufactures high-pressure precision equipment for some of the world’s largest oil and gas, power generation and petrochemical companies. Clients include BP and Exxon Mobil.
The company’s old website was text-heavy, weighed down with jargon and difficult for the user to navigate so the firm was looking for a refresh.
What I delivered
I was brought in to develop brand-new content for Puma Engineering’s website by marketing agency Blue Bee. I immediately set to work – interviewing the engineering team, reading through their existing brochures and documentation, looking at their existing website and completing competitor analysis.
Drawing on interviews with the engineering team and background material, I wrote clear, engaging content that summed up their key strengths in a digestible way – without losing any of the technical accuracy. The content has been fully optimised for SEO to increase web traffic.
Outcome
