About the client

Following on from my work on a major website refresh, Saïd Business School approached me to produce 150 website profiles for associate fellows. The fellows include many well-known professionals from the worlds of business, sport and broadcasting.

The challenge and outcome

Working closely with Saïd Business School’s Fellowship Manager and the fellows themselves, I produced profiles that encapsulated their career highlights and key strengths clearly and succinctly. This project demanded a fast turnaround of high-volume content.

At the end of the project, I also produced a short guide to help the school team maintain a consistent editorial style and tone of voice with future updates.

Karen’s attention to detail was superb and each page was produced to consistently high standards. She took care to understand the brief thoroughly and then worked confidently and independently. She was proactive in asking questions where necessary and offering useful suggestions for improving processes.
