MD John Palmer asked me to help them with a new valuation email to send to prospective clients. This is a critical piece of marketing and he felt that their email marketing did not convey the agency’s unique selling points clearly or concisely.
The solution
I worked with John and his team to create a tailored new letter, investing time to build a detailed picture of their business and their clients.
This new email:

- uses a more conversational and personable tone than previously
- includes figures and statistics highlighting their results for clients
- moves less important information elsewhere
- features a clear call to action.
